Returns:

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on candles, wax melts, or reed diffusers that have been opened or used.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email address] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Return:

  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to help you exchange the product for one of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Late or Missing Refunds:
